To ensure that new technologies become effective in the company, we consciously plan time for further training and knowledge transfer. Our employees attend training courses and specialist events and then share the knowledge they have gained within the team. In this way, we ensure that new knowledge is developed together and integrated into everyday working life in a practical way.

We always evaluate new solutions such as AI software or automation tools in a differentiated and highly application-orientated manner. For us, the focus is not on the technology itself, but on the concrete added value in day-to-day work - for example in the form of efficiency gains, quality improvements or a noticeable reduction in the workload of our employees. We utilise new technologies in a targeted manner where they complement our existing processes and support collaboration with our customers. It is important to us that the solutions are comprehensible, secure and reliable and fulfil the legal and regulatory requirements.
Our decision-making process also takes into account criteria such as the ability to integrate into existing systems, a user-friendly application and the long-term development of the solution. In this way, we ensure that digital innovations are used sustainably and create real benefits for everyone involved.

One of the key challenges when using new digital tools is the process of change in everyday working life. New solutions require time - for familiarisation, adapting existing processes and building trust in new processes.
We counter this with transparent communication, targeted training and a gradual introduction. By involving our employees at an early stage and testing new tools in everyday working life, we ensure that the solutions are understood, accepted and used sustainably in the long term.
