01 | Prepare and send document in Abacus
The document to be sent is prepared directly in the Abacus Business software, e.g. payroll slip. With DeepMail, the document can be sent directly to the desired recipient address without any media discontinuity.
02 | Recipient receives message in e-mail inbox
The desired recipient will receive a new e-mail in the mailbox of the registered e-mail address. The e-mail contains a personalised message and a link to the document sent. Clicking on it takes the recipient directly to the document in their personal, password-protected DeepBox account.
03 | Overview in the protected DeepBox
The document is stored in the recipient's personal DeepBox. This means that access remains available with a full overview of all received documents.
