Yes, a qualified signature (QES) is recognised by the EU and Switzerland with the same legal validity and corresponds to a signature on paper.
Can several people sign the same document digitally?
Yes, multi-level signature processes can be set up on every document.
Can signature sequences be determined for multiple signatories?
If there are several signatories, you can define an individual signature sequence. The document is then sent to each person in turn.
Can I also sign digitally on my smartphone?
Yes, DeepSign's digital signature is fully mobile compatible. The signature can be conveniently carried out on a smartphone while on the move - including identity verification via the DeepID app.
Do all signatories need to have a DeepSign account to sign digitally?
With the simple signature level (EES), signatories do not need a DeepSign account. You will receive a secure link to sign by e-mail. For advanced (FES) and qualified (QES), it is necessary to create an account.
