Thank you! The acquisition was an intensive but also very exciting time. Our first major challenge was to assess the existing, somewhat outdated IT infrastructure. It quickly became clear that it made no sense to build three new workstations on the existing system. We therefore decided to make a clear cut and pursue a consistent "cloud-first" approach. In combination with an in-depth collaboration with Abacus as a best-of-class solution for fiduciary companies, we laid the foundation for mobile working and end-to-end digital processes.
Before the introduction of AbaPlato, we used "bm Leistung" for time recording and invoicing. Task management was largely handled via Excel and was barely integrated or scalable. As there was no consistent connection to financial accounting, there were media disruptions and duplication.
The switch to AbaPlato has brought the great advantage that all processes - from project initiation to payment - are mapped in a single system and largely automated. The integration with MyAbacus, the centralised access to customer data and the connection to MS Teams via a plug-in solution are particularly helpful. This combination enables us to work in a modern, networked and fully digitalised way.

As a modern fiduciary company, we are confronted with increasing demands on a daily basis. The high workload and enormous time pressure are a major challenge. In particular, the large number of tasks, pending issues and deadlines requires efficient coordination. Previously, we worked with various tools, but these did not provide a centralised overview. Information was scattered, processes were partly manual and not interlinked. This made prioritisation more difficult, increased the susceptibility to errors and tied up valuable resources.
To meet these challenges, we have decided in favour of the Fiduciary Cockpit. With this tool, we can manage all clients, tasks and deadlines clearly and centrally. This gives us a holistic overview of all open issues, completely independent of individual employees. Centralised customer management ensures that all concerns and information are bundled in one place. This is particularly important if you have a large number of clients.
This centralised and clear structure allows us to work more efficiently and further improve the quality of our services. At the same time, smooth substitution is guaranteed in the event of absences, as all relevant information is available and traceable at all times.
We see numerous opportunities in the Fiduciary Portal to sustainably improve cooperation and communication between us as a fiduciary company and our clients. The Portal provides us with a centralised communication channel through which we can efficiently share tasks, deadlines and dates with our customers. This eliminates the need for cumbersome e-mail correspondence and significantly simplifies coordination. In addition, our customers have round-the-clock access to all relevant documents, can upload receipts, issue approvals and start processes independently. This creates more transparency and noticeably speeds up many processes. Thanks to the customised design of the Portal in line with our corporate design, we present a uniform and professional image to our customers, which further strengthens our customer loyalty.
Overall, the Fiduciary Portal gives us the opportunity to increase our efficiency, improve the quality of our services and offer our clients a modern, transparent and smooth collaboration.
