What are the requirements for using the Fiduciary Portal and Fiduciary Cockpit?
For optimal use, we recommend using AbaPlato or Abacus Project Management in combination with CRM.
A Portal Box is also required for the Fiduciary Portal. Existing DeepBox Advanced Boxes can also be used.
Do I have to use the Fiduciary Cockpit and Portal together, or can I use one solution separately?
It is possible to use only the cockpit or only the portal. However, the most efficient way is to use the cockpit and portal together, as they are seamlessly integrated.
Does the Portal replace the DeepBox?
The portal's document exchange is based on DeepBox technology and is therefore an extension of DeepBox.
Does the solution replace MyAbacus?
No, MyAbacus is a separate solution. This focusses on the employees of your fiduciary company with regard to HR topics. In the Fiduciary Cockpit, you have the option of managing your clients' tasks and deadlines, including collaboration options within your fiduciary team. You in turn communicate with your customers via the Fiduciary Portal.
