How easy is it to set up the Portal for customers? 

Setting up the Fiduciary Portal was very straightforward and was completed in less than five minutes. Thanks to the familiar Abacus environment, we found our way around immediately. Using PortalDe-signer, we designed the Portal completely in our corporate design, independently of external partners - with our own colours, fonts, integrated logo and direct links to our website. 

Colours and fonts could be easily adjusted in the settings by inserting the desired colour code and selecting the appropriate font. We conveniently placed the company logo in the desired position using drag-and-drop. 

We were also able to customise and freely name the welcome page for our customers and all sub-pages. On the welcome page, for example, we display our contact person prominently so that our customers can see at first glance who their personal contact person is.

What further steps are necessary to give customers access to the Portal?

Once the Portal has been set up, the design can be adopted for different clients and the onboarding of the respective clients can start immediately. With just a few clicks, we add our customers as external users and invite them to their customised Portal. As soon as our customers have accepted the invita-tion sent automatically by e-mail, they are given immediate access to all the Portal's functions.
