Simple communication between Abacus and Microsoft Office

Microsoft Office products can be connected directly to the Abacus Business software from Abacus version 2024. This enables documents from Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Outlook to be stored in the Abacus dossier.

Dossier upload made easy

To upload a document created or edited in Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Outlook, Abacus doesn't need to be opened. The documents can be edited in the desired Microsoft product and filed directly in Abacus using the Abacus Office add-in. This means that offers, order confirmations and other correspondence can be easily created, edited and uploaded directly to the relevant customer dossier.

Dossier synchronisation can also be carried out in the Abacus dossier. The document is opened in Abacus and edited directly in the Microsoft application. The modified file is then updated in the Abacus dossier. The Abacus Office add-in is available from Abacus version 2024.
