Synchronisation takes place with just a few clicks in the Office application and changes are automatically updated in Abacus. This means that quotations, order confirmations and other correspondence can be easily created, processed and filed directly in the relevant dossier.

Dynamic reports and analyses with Abacus data

Load matrix reports and Privot analyses with Abacus data directly from Excel.  Information from Abacus can be linked to a cell to dynamically customise the report. For example, an offer template in Excel can be enriched with data from Abacus and supplemented by manual input directly in Excel. The cells linked to Abacus are always up-to-date.

Starting processes in Microsoft Outlook

Start a process in Abacus directly in Outlook - for one or several emails at the same time. This is suitable for entering leads in Abacus CRM, for example. During the process, the content of the emails is summarised in the lead and the email is filed in the dossier. The add-in enables a seamless connection between e-mail communication and process control in Abacus, saves time and reduces manual transmission errors.
