Abacus offers you a wide range of functions for creating annual financial statements in the Cloud. Get an overview.
Automatic data transfer
Abacus Financial Accounting provides all relevant data, including swap accounts. Reclassifications are possible and will also be recognised in subsequent years. Links to the attachment are created automatically.
Income statement
The income statement contains the comparison with the previous year, the variances and the vertical percentages. The columns can be highlighted in colour and the value 0 can be shown or hidden as required.
Cash-flow statement
The cash-flow statement is prepared automatically using the indirect method from the balance sheet and income statement data, including the liquidity statement.
Appropriation of profits
The appropriation of profit is an integral part of the Abacus annual financial statements. The available profit is recognised and its use can be recorded efficiently.
Appendix
For the notes, modules, tables with direct reference to the balance sheet and income statement values and freely definable tables are available. Recurring values can be defined as parameters so that they can be used flexibly as variables and automatically inserted into the appendix. The values can be adopted for the next annual financial statements.
Cover sheet
The cover sheet can be created individually or based on templates. Using variables, the same cover sheet can be used for several years or clients.
