Until now, onboarding new employees has often been a time-consuming process. Several parties had to enter and synchronise data manually, which created sources of error and cost a lot of time. With the check-in form, that is now a thing of the past:
1. Independent data entry by the new employee
To start with, you provide the new employee with a user-friendly online form. As with other check-in processes, the necessary data such as date of birth, OASI number and IBAN must be entered.
2. Addition by the supervisor
In the second step, the direct manager can easily add data such as monthly salary, level of employment or departmental affiliation.
3. Secure transfer to Abacus Payroll
Once the entries have been completed, the collected data is securely transferred to Abacus Payroll at the touch of a button. This significantly reduces the administrative workload and avoids manual errors.
