During the forum, Abacus experts demonstrated how the new solution can be used to easily record and process incident reports on different devices. Particular focus was placed on the numerous advantages of the Abacus Ticketing system: the integrated service recording directly on the ticket, the involvement of different people in the processing of the ticket or the integration of the Jira software and Abacus tools.
Customize AG also provided an in-depth insight into the practical application. Representatives of the Abacus partner showed how they efficiently use the new possibilities of Abacus Ticketing for their support cases and business processes.
