On Thursday, June 24, 2021, Abacus Research AG held a virtual forum on the topic of CRM with around 200 participants attending online. Under the motto "The successful implementation & integration of Abacus CRM", OBT AG, Abacus sales partner and also customer, demonstrated how easily and efficiently Abacus CRM is used in their own company. Raphael Gruber and Andrea Tams from Abacus Research AG then presented all the new features of the CRM version 2021 and gave an overview of how data protection and competition law requirements can be mapped in the CRM.
There was also plenty of opportunity for direct exchange: In breakout rooms, the participants took the opportunity to talk to the speakers and ask them questions.
Congratulations to the lucky winner of a brand new iPad, which was raffled off after the virtual forum.
